Graphnet’s customized cloud-based fax technology works as such…
HOW IT WORKS
Inbound:
Fax machine > Phone line > Fax gateway > email message (over Internet) > computer email account
Outbound:
Computer > Internet > Fax gateway > Phone line > Fax machine
Features:
FAX TO MAIL: We provide unique numbers. When someone faxes you on that number, we receive the fax for you at one of our global, fully hardened and compliant data centers, then convert it into an image file (such as PDF or TIFF) or PDF, finally forwarding it on to you by email. This process is nearly instantaneous.
OCR: Our optical character recognition feature allows for electronic conversion of images of typed, or printed text into machine-encoded text, whether from a scanned document, a photo of a document, a scene-photo, or from subtitle text superimposed on an image.
MERGE: A method by which each electronic message is displayed with a separate send option. This way, each individual is the sole recipient of each message.
All enterprise messaging information is deposited and stored in our fully compliant, globally hardened data warehouses. Our clients have full access to retrieve any and all transmitted, stored information, (with storage option).
HOW IT WORKS
- Graphnet can securely store transmitted messages for up to 10 years.
- We customize solutions and application integration per the client’s needs.
- Our data centers are secure – fully HIPAA & SSAE 16 compliant.
The final step of electronic message transmittal, deliver occurs when an inbound or outbound message securely arrives in the end user’s mailbox or device.
